The dining experience was really good! The vegan options were flavorful. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect for unwinding after adventures. Plus, the private onsen was a serene gem. You won't want to miss this place!

There was only one set menu available, which got repetitive after a while! If you want variety, be prepared to head out, but that wind down the dark path can be a bit sketchy. The shower felt a bit cramped, and the room could use a fresh coat of paint.

Relaxing onsen experience

It was just a fine choice for a little getaway in Hakone with value for money. The outdoor seating area was a great spot to relax with a drink and enjoy nature. Make sure to reserve a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

The outdoor facilities include beautiful wood furniture and lush greenery. I also enjoyed the unique design of the rooms with a nice blend of comfort and aesthetic appeal.

The overall upkeep needs serious attention-the room I stayed in had peeling walls and threadbare lamps, which really detracted from the experience. The air conditioning didn't work well. The noise from younger guests was disruptive. Lastly, meals felt limited, and the included options didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The standard twin room offered a cozy atmosphere with a gorgeous forest view through the screen door, great for a serene auditory experience with nature sounds. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious baked goods that complemented the already satisfying coffee selection in the cafe. The amenities could use more attention. There were minor cleanliness issues noted, and the limited dining options were repetitive. The SPA amenities were nice, but occasionally felt crowded during peak times.

Staying here was enjoyable thanks to its proximity to amazing parks like Hakone Gora Park, just over 3 kilometers away, and the striking Hakone Glass Nomori Museum, only a few steps from the hotel. You'll find yourself in a picturesque setting ideal for a weekend stroll.

The serene location amidst the forest provides a refreshing escape, complemented by lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Excellent breakfast offerings and all-day coffee elevate the experience. The onsen location is less than ideal, tucked away without a view, and the area has limited activities were nice.
